Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Management Information Systems (MIS) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing data management and information flow within the organization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility

  • Coordinate with the hiring managers for open SRFs and target joining date
  • Attend meeting with P&C leaders and Recruitment Team
  • Track and follow up for signing bonus, BGC
  • Send weekly hiring report to P&C leaders
  • Interview new hires/redeployment pool talents
  • Conduct internal compliance audit for Training Team

Role/ Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate reports, submission of referrals and disputes (RISE), SRFs in accordance to hiring timelines of Recruitment and OpsLevel of subject matter expertise.
  • Assistance provided in CE, Training and other ad hoc tasks Customer Satisfaction on cases handled
  • EXLInfinity; Completion of CapDev, TDP/iLEARN, Hybrid/Cross-Skilling courses
  • Stakeholders (operations, support, sup/peers and mentee) giving employee an overall evaluation of at least 3.5 month on month
  • Coordination with Operations and Recruitment, monitoring flow and and progress of applicants ensuring accounts are getting recruitment`s attention
  • Ensure compliance on BGC status and timelines; certify Compliance to Training, Program and EXL processes and policies
