HIRING ADMIN PERSONNEL

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily operational Admin tasks.
  • Handling incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence professionally.
  • Assist in canvassing and purchasing office and operational needs.
  • Records management both hard and soft copies.
  • Provide administrative support to HR/ADM Section Head.
  • Oversee receiving, storing, and releasing of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stocks and supplies.
  • Assist with procurement, monitor supplies, and manage inventory and storage.
  • Monitor facility needs and coordinate repairs or upkeep.
  • Assist in preparing documents and coordinating with government or external agencies when needed.
  • Support compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year experience in this role is preferred
  • With knowledge of PEZA is advantage
  • Can work with less supervision and keen attention to details
  • Good in communications and organizational skills
  • Flexible and willing to be trained
  • Dedicated, Hardworking, Willing to commit long-term
  • AI Savvy
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Computer literate with skills in MS Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
