JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Establish, develop, and maintain clear client communication channels by regularly engaging with clients to understand their water testing needs and concern to help ensure client satisfaction and to provide essential information to tailor services to their requirements.
- Manage client accounts by fostering and maintaining relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and updates to promote client loyalty, repeat business, and opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Process client orders and request water testing services by efficiently receiving, documenting, and processing their orders to streamline the order process, coordinate effectively with laboratory personnel, and provide prompt service to clients.
- Prepare quotations and proposals by collaborating in collaboration with the Sales Officer by facilitating a clear and transparent pricing information that enables informed decision-making by clients to contribute to successful project acquisition and build trust with clients.
- Manage the billing process for client services in coordination with the Admin Accounting by generating and sending invoices promptly, monitoring accounts receivable and addressing overdue payments to maintain positive cash flow and sustain the financial health of the laboratory.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all client transactions by maintaining a meticulous record of all interactions, testing requests, and results to ensure compliance with regulations, supports quality assurance, and provide a historical reference for future client engagements.
- Provide technical support to clients in understanding water testing results by collaborating with laboratory staff to address technical inquiries and enhance client confidence to improve client satisfaction confidence and foster long-term relationships.
- Address and resolve client concerns related to sampling, testing procedures, results, or quality issues by implementing a systematic approach to identify, investigate, and resolve client concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain the laboratory's reputation, and contribute to service improvement.
- Systematically gather, analyze, and interpret information about the market in which the laboratory operates by staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to help the company adapt to changes, identify new opportunities, and stay competitive.
- Collaborate with the laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow by working closely to address client specific requirements and ensure timely delivery if testing services to ensure smooth operations, meet client needs, and maintain service quality.
- Establish and maintain processes to ensure services provided meet quality standards by implementing and uploading quality control measures in account management to align with regulatory standards, build trust with clients, and safeguard the laboratory's reputation.
- Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area by implementing 5S and good housekeeping practices to create a conducive work environment, promote efficiency, and support a professional image.
- Refer concerns and issues that are beyond authority limits to immediate superior by seeking proper resolution and support for addressing challenging issues to ensure effective problem-solving, decision-making, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor by fulfilling additional tasks as required to support team objectives to contribute to overall team success, adapt to changing priorities, and enhance job flexibility.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- College graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
- With at least one (1) year of work experience in Sales and Marketing, or in a similar industry.
