Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to provide administrative support in warehouse operations. The role ensures accurate documentation, proper inventory recording, and smooth coordination between the warehouse and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Encode warehouse transactions into the system (deliveries, transfers, issuances, etc.).
  • Assist in monitoring and reconciling daily inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel, logistics, and other departments regarding stock movements.
  • Prepare documents such as delivery receipts, gate passes, and stock reports.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of warehouse-related records.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related.
  • Experience in warehouse or logistics administration is an advantage.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Iloilo.
