Job Description:

A TA Specialist for clinical and healthcare roles is responsible for evaluating and hiring candidates for these positions. They work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source candidates through online platforms and networking, and conduct initial screenings to assess skills and fit. They also manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting the company's hiring needs.

Work Setup:

Hybrid - Makati

10am - 7pm

Monday - Friday

Salary: 18, ,000 Package

Qualifications:

Graduate of any course

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)

At least 1 year of experience in recruiting for clinical or healthcare roles

Preferably with experience screening and sourcing profiles for Medical Coders

Experienced in sourcing candidates with Active CPC or CPC-A licenses and AAPC/AHIMA certifications (highly preferred)

Background in screening and sourcing candidates for RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) positions

Experienced in screening and sourcing candidates knowledgeable in interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and familiar with medical claim forms, including CMS 1500 and UB-04

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
