About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - 70 % Non-voice + 30% Voice Account to join our team at StaffSmart Outsourcing. This is a full-time role based in Bridgetowne, Pasig. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through non-voice channels, such as email, chat, and social media.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in using various customer service tools and technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  • Fluency in English and the local language is required
