Experience & Background
- Prior experience as Head of Secretary or leading a secretarial / executive support team is highly preferred
- Strong HR-related background, with exposure to employee relations, engagement, or HR business partnering
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure, confidential, and time-sensitive tasks

Key Responsibilities
CEO Office & Administration Management
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, procedures, and layouts
- Supervise CEO office staff, ensuring timely task completion and performance standards
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment
Executive Support & Coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO's office and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment
- Handle confidential information and executive matters with utmost discretion
HR Business Partner & Engagement Support
- Support the CEO in employee engagement initiatives and company-wide programs
- Assist in planning and executing executive offsites, leadership workshops, and key corporate events
- Support internal communications, particularly with the management and leadership teams
