Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram) through organic posting and engagement
  • Design graphics and marketing collaterals using Canva and other tools
  • Generate and qualify leads for med spa and weight loss services
  • Write and distribute newsletter and email marketing campaigns
  • Manage email correspondence, appointment scheduling, and calendar (Microsoft Calendar)
  • Maintain and update company website (WordPress)
  • Edit and produce video content for marketing
  • Conduct information and market research to support business growth
  • Oversee CRM management and follow-up communications
  • Perform administrative and personal assistant tasks as needed
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across digital platforms
  • Support process improvement initiatives and project management tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and lead generation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, WordPress, and Zoom
  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM management, and SEO
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a small, family-owned business environment
  • Experience in the med spa or wellness industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must have own working asset (Computer - Atleast i5 processor and 8GB Ram; Webcam; Noise Cancelling Headset)
  • Must be amenable to working with time trackers (example: Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Clockify, Team Logger)
