About the Role

As an Operations Specialist at Xpress, you will be on the frontlines of ensuring drivers and vehicles are available, compliant, and delivering excellent service during your shift. You will directly support shift operations, monitor driver activity, and enforce compliance to achieve company KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driver Attendance & Car Utilization

• Monitor daily driver attendance and ensure accurate time-in/time-out logging.
• Track car availability and usage to achieve ≥95% utilization of the active fleet.
• Coordinate with shift leads and support staff to maximize live cars on the road.

2. Driver KPI Compliance (Revenue Performance)

• Monitor and report driver earnings per shift.
• Ensure ≥90% of drivers hit the daily revenue floor (≥ ₱2,500/shift).
• Provide real-time guidance to drivers to improve trip acceptance and reduce idle time.

3. Issue Resolution

• Handle driver and passenger concerns quickly, with an average response time of ≤15 minutes.
• Resolve at least 90% of reported issues within the same shift.
• Escalate unresolved or critical cases to Shift Supervisors and other support teams.

4. Zone Assignment & Control

• Assign drivers correctly to zones based on demand and operational needs.
• Enforce strict zone discipline by sending real-time pings to non-compliant drivers.
• Ensure 100% zone mapping accuracy in the system.

5. Operational & Administrative Support

• Support drivers with app usage, payment system troubleshooting, and booking navigation.
• Assist in handling fare disputes, cancellations, and customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate reports and trackers for attendance, utilization, driver concerns, and zone compliance.
• Communicate company policies, operational updates, and announcements to drivers.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in driver support, fleet operations, logistics, or customer service (transport industry preferred).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with TNVS/taxi operations, dispatch systems, or transport regulations is an advantage.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to use apps, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Must be amenable to onsite work, 6 days a week, on a rotational shift schedule (AM/PM/Night).
