What You'll Do

As an IT Trainee, you'll play a key role in supporting our users and team as they get started with our platform:

  • Assist in onboarding new members onto our system
  • Support training sessions to help users become confident with the platform
  • Handle scheduling and coordination for trainings and onboarding activities
  • Provide basic IT support for users navigating the system
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve onboarding and training processes

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduate in IT, Computer Science, or any related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems quickly
  • Organized and able to manage scheduling and coordination tasks
  • Proactive, reliable, and a team player
