Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our projects from planning to completion. You will oversee construction teams, manage subcontractors, ensure quality, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage on-site operations, project schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Lead and mentor construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and architects
  • Ensures project plans, timelines, and quality standards are strictly followed.
  • Coordinates with project engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conducts regular site inspections and resolves construction-related issues.
  • Prepares reports, updates project progress, and ensures safety compliance.
  • Manages manpower allocation and monitors productivity.
  • Ensures the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with quality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a senior construction role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–7 years experience in construction management
  • Strong knowledge in project scheduling, quality control, and site operations
  • Experience in handling mid-size to large-scale construction projects
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project monitoring tools
