POSITION SUMMARY

The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing contractors, supervising

site works, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and ESG requirements. The

position will oversee all phases of project execution to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery in alignment with company standards and regulatory obligations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages all phases of construction to achieve objectives in cost, quality, scope,

safety, and schedule.

  • Reviews EPC design documentation to ensure compliance with project

specifications, industry standards, and utility interconnection requirements.

  • Leads site meetings and maintain effective communication with contractors,

vendors, clients, and internal teams.

  • Oversees day-to-day construction activities, including civil works, equipment

installation, and electrical infrastructure.

  • Contributes to Design for Operation and Maintenance for efficient operations of

the project post commissioning.

  • Manages HSE and ESG compliance on-site, coordinating with dedicated teams

and enforcing safety controls.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • 5+ years of construction management experience, including at least 3 years in

solar or renewable energy projects.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of QA/QC, HSSE standards, construction permitting,

and compliance frameworks.

  • Familiarity with utility interconnection processes and coordination with grid

operators (e.g., NGCP).
