DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Pastry Manager

Rebel Bakehouse is looking for a Junior and Senior Baker for Baguio City branch with the following responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality croissants, ensuring consistent quality and texture with each batch.
  • Learn and apply proper techniques for mixing, laminating, and shaping dough to produce perfect croissants and related products.
  • Bake croissants to perfection, paying close attention to temperature, timing, and visual cues to ensure ideal color and texture.
  • Prepare ingredients and mise en place for the production of croissants and other laminated dough products.
  • Ensure that every product meets the bakery's standards for taste, appearance, and consistency.
  • Assist in maintaining and cleaning baking equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment.
  • Follow established recipes and procedures, making adjustments as necessary to meet product specifications and quality standards.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
  • Work closely with other bakers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and production schedules.
  • Actively seek feedback, learn new techniques, and contribute to the continual improvement of bakery products.
  • Contribute ideas for new flavors, fillings, or variations of croissants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php470.00 per day
