Qualifications Senior Java Developer Experience: 5+ years in Java development, preferably in financial services. Skills: Java 17, Spring Boot, REST API, JUnit, MS SQL, SOAP API, PL/SQL, Azure DevOps, Agile Scrum. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring, and client-facing communication skills. Mid-Level Java Developer Experience: 3–5 years in Java development. Skills: Java 17, Spring Boot, REST API, JUnit, MS SQL (SOAP API, PL/SQL a plus). Soft Skills: Able to work independently on moderately complex tasks; collaborative and communicative. Junior Java Developer Experience: 0–2 years Skills: Solid Java foundation, familiarity with Spring Boot, REST API, JUnit, MS SQL.
