We are a start-up looking for an Project Coordinator specializing in Airtable to help us with streamlining project management workflows, optimizing client service delivery through advanced database solutions building automation solutions, and developing innovative software products for the legal industry.
Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our legal, risk management, and development teams in the execution of our business operations and software enhancement initiatives. You will help analyze workflows and processes, and ensure that our operational activities are running smoothly. You will assist with developing automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and integrate systems to improve efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement

Document workflow procedures and create training materials

Develop automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks

Integrate systems to reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy
-
Test and troubleshoot automation processes
-
Assist in identifying feature enhancements for proprietary software
-
Gather and analyze user feedback to prioritize improvements
-
Document technical requirements for development team
-
Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
-
Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
-
Ensure data quality and integrity across systems
-
Work with legal, risk management, and development teams
-
Participate in project planning and implementation
-
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
-
Any other work deemed reasonable with the role
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
-
1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or similar role
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis)

Experience with database querying and basic reporting (SQL knowledge beneficial)
-
Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript) for workflow automation is a plus but not required

Familiarity or experience with using automation tools such as Airtable, Zapier, (Previously Integromat), etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

Good communication skills, both written and verbal
