We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional projects across the product lifecycle, operations, and supply chain. This role involves managing timelines, documentation, and communication to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination and Execution

  • Support end-to-end tracking of project milestones, timelines, and task ownership using project management tools.
  • Maintain visibility of project schedules and proactively identify delays, risks, or blockers.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of SKUs, part numbers, and product documents.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure product content is accurate and delivered on time to support the setup and launch across all sales channels.
  • Regularly communicate with internal departments to coordinate meetings, confirm project schedules, and ensure accountability.

Documentation and Data Management

  • Collaborate in creating and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and other process documentation to foster continuous improvements.
  • Organization and maintaining essential documents, shared folders, and knowledge bases to ensure easy access and efficient team operations
  • Coordinate with China-based teams to collect, validate, and maintain up-to-date product specifications.

Reporting and Communication

  • Document and distribute meeting notes, decisions, and action items across teams.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain weekly reports and dashboards to ensure visibility for program stakeholders and sponsors.

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized templates for project reporting, status updates, and documentation.
  • Assist in audits, data validation, and process documentation.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business, project management or any similar field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project/program management techniques and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project or program management software, i.e., Asana, MS Project, etc., is required.
  • Proven experience in New Product Introductions (NPI) within consumer electronics.
  • Understanding of the general ecommerce sales model and website terminology.
  • Experience in developing product marketing materials and communications.

Experience and Certifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in project coordination, program support, or cross-functional international operations.
  • Preferably experienced working within international consumer electronics or supply chain environments.

Technical or specific skills (e.g., technical, computer)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate across diverse teams and customers.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills. Capable of following complex instructions and solving problems using data-driven analysis.
  • Ability to perform intermediate calculations, including percentages and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experienced with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables and other advanced features for data analysis and reporting.
  • Skilled in compiling and consolidating data from multiple sources into comprehensive Excel reports.

Certifications or Trainings

  • Project management certifications are highly desirable (PMP, CAMP, or Six Sigma, etc.)
