Role Overview

This position involves overseeing and coordinating projects from inception to completion. It is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating activities, and monitoring progress. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and maintaining strong relationships.

    Communicate effectively to gather project requirements and expectations.

  • Project Coordination

  • Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and milestones.

    Coordinate project activities, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

    Monitor and report on project progress to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure project success.

    Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating communication and cooperation among team members.

  • Problem Resolution

  • Proactively identify potential issues and bottlenecks, working to resolve them in a timely manner.

    Provide solutions and alternatives to challenges that may arise during project execution.

  • Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications.

    Generate regular reports for management and clients, summarizing project status and key metrics.

Requirements
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role, preferably in project management.

  • Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficient in project management tools and software.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
