Job Description:

  • Identify, research, analyze, and negotiate commercial leases with lessors.
  • Prepare permitting applications and coordinate with local government units to expedite approvals.
  • Review and verify ownership or property documents of prospective or potential lessors.
  • Negotiate with lot owners and secure all documents supporting the contract of lease.
  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges to support other operational domains.
  • Monitor the progress of the company's Site Acquisition and Permitting activities.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted efficiently.
  • Plan effectively, ensuring strategies are realistic and actionable.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in End-to-End Site Acquisition and Permitting (E2E FTK experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the End to End Site Acquisition and Permitting process.
  • Familiarity with ownership and property documents of prospective or potential lessors.
  • Proven ability to ensure efficiency in day-to-day site acquisition activities.
