  1. Filing, Keeping and Updates of Monthly Records Disbursement

  2. Prepare checks related payments and assist in preparing salary for NON – ATM payroll of guards.

  3. Filing, Recording of Security Guards SSS Sickness / Maternity Notification and prepare SSS Reimbursement upon approval.

  4. Collects clients BIR FORM 2307 and prepare Quarterly Return.

  5. Prepare monthly VAT SALES for submission and proper recording to Sales Columnar Book for BIR PURPOSES.

  6. Attends to CIP / FCP instructions / advise for LISAI and other personal bank transactions.

  7. Prepare and Submit reports to PSA / DOLE for compliance

  8. Administers loan, medical insurance, savings bond and disability programs by advising employees of eligibility, providing application information; helping with form completion; verifying submissions; notifying employees of approvals.

  9. Responsible in handling different application with the government agencies but not limited to the renewals of; Barangay Permits, Business Permit / City Mayor's Permit, BIR and SEC

  10. Facilitates documentation and filing for all temporary and permanent documents related to Liberty Investigation & Security Agency Registrations, Certifications and Accreditations.

  11. Collection Monitoring and coordinates with the clients.

  12. Can handle Accounting Department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
