We are looking for an ambitious and driven
Business Development Manager
to lead our expansion in
Cebu and the Visayas region
. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across our portfolio of medical supplies, equipment, and healthcare solutions.

This is a strategic role that combines
sales leadership, market development, and relationship management
. You will work closely with hospital administrators, physicians, procurement officers, and distributors to position our products as trusted solutions in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    business development strategies
    to grow sales in Cebu and neighboring provinces.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and other healthcare institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (hospital administrators, doctors, purchasing officers, government agencies, etc.).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead product presentations, demos, and negotiations to secure contracts and tenders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, and regulatory) to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and present
    regular sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports
    to management.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and professional events in the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, Medical Technology, Nursing, or related field
    .
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices).
  • Strong existing network with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare professionals in Cebu/Visayas is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within Cebu and the Visayas region.
