We're Hiring:

Short-Form Video Creator (Reels-Focused)

Hybrid | Full-Time

We're hiring a full-time short-form video creator who lives and breathes Instagram Reels — someone who can ideate, script, film, and most importantly, edit original, scroll-stopping content.

This is not a repurposing role. We want punchy, platform-native Reels made from scratch.

What You'll Do


• Edit fast, engaging Reels from raw footage


• Pitch and script short-form ideas based on trends


• Self-shoot or work with talent to film content


• Master intros, pacing, captions, transitions, and effects

You're a Fit If You…


• Are a strong editor (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut)


• Know what makes Reels pop — trends, timing, tools


• Can run a full pipeline: idea → shoot → edit


• Are creative, independent, and deliver on time

Bonus: Experience with creators, educational, or series-based content.
