function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and correspondence
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and files
- Handle emails, phone calls, and necessary follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four year course
- At least
1 year experience
as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant - Proficient in
MS Word, Excel, and email - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
