  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four year course
  • At least
    1 year experience
    as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Proficient in
    MS Word, Excel, and email
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
