
CSR - HR Helpdesk (P35K | Onsite | Shifting Schedule)

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Helpdesk team, with a specific focus on supporting users of our HR platforms and systems. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in customer service and has worked directly with HR software—either from an IT, support, or HR operations perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming support inquiries related to HR platforms and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely, professional manner via phone, email, and chat.
- Log and track support tickets, escalating more complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary.
- Guide users through system features, navigation, and common HR-related tasks (e.g., time tracking, benefits enrollment, PTO requests).
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and system administrators to resolve user challenges and identify recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions for knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience providing support in an HR operations, HR helpdesk, HR IT Support or HRIS support role.
- Experience working with HR platforms/systems such as Workday, UKG, BambooHR, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot software/system issues and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow) is a plus.
