Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and professional assistance to customers.
  • Resolve customer queries effectively at the first point of contact while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills to achieve mutually satisfactory outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 2years in college
  • At least 2 years BPO experience (Voice account)
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and onsite work.
  • Background in Telecom, Insurance, Banking & Financial Services is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
