College undergraduate and college graduate can apply

With at least 18 months of experience as CSR

With experience in Financial/ Fraud/Telco/Banking is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
