Job Title: BIM Engineer (Autodesk Revit Specialist)

Job Type: Full-time, Freelance with Monthly Salary

Reports to: Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit for Architectural and Structural Systems
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper integration and coordination of models across various disciplines.
  • Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and address conflicts in designs.
  • Develop project-specific BIM Execution Plans and follow company BIM standards.
  • Generate construction drawings, schedules, and reports from Revit models.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing BIM workflows, templates, and libraries.
  • Provide technical support and training to project teams on Revit usage and BIM processes.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on BIM-related progress.
  • Support the integration of BIM models with other tools and software for enhanced project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a BIM Engineer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.
  • Experience with clash detection software (e.g., Navisworks or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with other BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Dynamo, or other 3D modeling tools).
  • Experience in coordinating large-scale projects.
