Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Manila for a BIM Engineer MEPF. The BIM Engineer MEPF will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support engineering and construction processes. Key responsibilities include creating and updating construction drawings, collaborating with teams to integrate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems, and ensuring high-quality design coordination among architecture, civil engineering, and related disciplines. The engineer will contribute to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions in various projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and software
  • Experience in creating and managing detailed design and construction drawings
  • Strong knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within construction or design projects
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure design and construction accuracy
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in construction is a plus
  • Relevant professional certifications in BIM or MEPF systems are advantageous
