Role Description

We are hiring a full-time MEPF BIM Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila for an on-site role. The MEPF BIM Specialist will be responsible for BIM modeling and coordination related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. This includes ensuring compliance with design requirements, managing submittals, conducting thorough design reviews, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create and maintain accurate and efficient Building Information Models (BIM).

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
  • Experience and knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Fire Protection (F) systems
  • Familiarity with architectural concepts and design processes
  • Ability to manage and review submittals and technical documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency with relevant BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and other design tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulations is an advantage
  • Experience in sustainable design and green building practices is a plus
