Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. With a background in Information Technology, the role also includes assisting with basic IT-related tasks such as data management, system documentation, and troubleshooting office technology concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties including filing, record-keeping, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office and other software.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist in managing databases, digital records, and office systems.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for office equipment (computers, printers, internet).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information.
  • Support IT-related documentation such as system logs, inventory of IT equipment, and software licenses.
  • Perform other administrative and technical tasks as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
