Job Description:

  1. Takes directions from the Branch Administrator.

  2. Update and file gasoline expenses monthly.

  3. Checks items on the delivery receipts.

  4. File and input items from delivery receipts to Xscribe system.

  5. Input sold items to inventory and closely monitor balance of the inventory.

  6. Prepares documents and requirements for renewal of permits and keep records for filing.

  7. Ensure operations of the branch adhere to policies and regulations of the local government.

  8. Entertain walk-in customers and online inquiries through branch social media accounts.
