Position Title: Finance and Administrative Officer
Department: Finance and Administration
Reports to: Finance Manager / Project Manager / General Manager
Location: Bacolod
Job Summary:
The Finance and Administrative Officer is responsible for managing the financial and administrative operations of the construction project or company. The role involves monitoring project budgets, processing payroll, managing disbursements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the efficient operation of project sites.
II. Duties and Responsibilities:A. Financial Management
- Record and monitor all project-related financial transactions accurately and promptly.
- Prepare disbursement vouchers, petty cash replenishments, and reimbursement requests.
- Maintain up-to-date ledgers for project expenses and reconcile them with the approved budget.
- Prepare monthly financial and project cost reports for management review.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlement of obligations.
- Process payroll and statutory remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.).
- Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
B. Administrative Support
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at the head office or project site.
- Maintain filing systems for financial, administrative, and project-related documents.
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and other HR-related records.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of office and site materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and labor laws.
- Handle logistics, communications, and documentation requirements for the project.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the management.
JOB SPECIFICATIONQualificationDescriptionEducation
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course Experience At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, preferably in the construction industry
KnowledgeProject accounting, payroll management, taxation, procurement, and construction cost monitoring
SkillsProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), and accounting systems such as QuickBooks or SAP
AttributesDetail-oriented, trustworthy, organized, analytical, and able to work under minimal supervision

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
