Local Store Marketing

Job Summary:
The Local Store Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing activities at the store level to increase customer traffic, sales, and brand visibility. The role focuses on community engagement, local partnerships, event activation, and promotions tailored to the store's target market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement store-level marketing plans aligned with the brand's overall marketing strategy.
- Identify local marketing opportunities to boost store visibility and customer engagement.
- Coordinate and execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of local marketing initiatives.
2. Community Engagement
- Build partnerships with local schools, offices, organizations, and community groups.
- Organize sponsorships, sampling activities, and outreach programs within the store's area.
- Represent the store at local events, trade fairs, and community gatherings.
3. Brand Visibility and Merchandising
- Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising and promotional materials in-store.
- Monitor brand consistency across all local marketing activities.
4. Digital and Social Media Marketing
- Manage and update local social media pages or coordinate content with the corporate marketing team.
- Engage with customers online through local campaigns, reviews, and feedback.
5. Data Monitoring and Reporting
- Track local marketing expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and sales data to assess marketing performance.
- Submit regular marketing activity reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, proactive, and familiar with social media marketing.
- Willing to travel or be assigned to different store locations.
