Key Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Management:

  2. Supervise, train, and motivate store employees.

  3. Delegate tasks to team members and ensure they are carried out efficiently.
  4. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  5. Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service.

  6. Customer Service:

  7. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

  8. Ensure the store is welcoming, clean, and organized.
  9. Promote a positive shopping experience for customers.

  10. Inventory Management:

  11. Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained.

  12. Manage the receiving, stocking, and display of merchandise.
  13. Monitor and assist with restocking items as needed.

  14. Sales and Financial Targets:

  15. Monitor daily sales and ensure targets are met.

  16. Analyze sales reports and take action to improve sales performance.
  17. Assist with pricing, promotions, and merchandising to drive sales.

  18. Store Operations:

  19. Ensure that store operations comply with company policies and safety regulations.

  20. Open and close the store as required, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
  21. Manage cash handling, including transactions and cash registers.

  22. Administrative Duties:

  23. Maintain accurate records of store sales, inventory, and other operational activities.

  24. Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.

  25. Training and Development:

  26. Provide ongoing training to staff on product knowledge, customer service, and store procedures.

  27. Ensure that all staff is aware of and follows company policies and standards.

  28. Health and Safety:

  29. Ensure that the store is compliant with health and safety regulations.

  30. Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.

  31. Other Task

  32. Performs other related duties as may be deemed necessary by the immediate superior/the management.
