Pablo Bistro and Cartel Deli are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer. In this role, you will be the bridge between our team and our external partners. You will oversee our third-party payroll provider, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure our labor relations and performance management systems are top-tier. This is an ideal role for an HR professional who excels at coordination and process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Oversight & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for our third-party payroll partner. You will compile timekeeping data, verify accuracy, and audit the final payroll runs to ensure our staff are paid correctly and on time.
- Mandatories Management: Coordinate with the external provider to ensure all government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) are processed accurately and filed on schedule.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Proactively source, screen, and hire talent for both restaurant brands to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Labor & Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns and disciplinary matters (NTEs/Admin Hearings) in strict accordance with the Philippine Labor Code.
- Performance Management: Monitor employee performance cycles and assist managers in implementing growth and development plans.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience. Experience in F&B or Hospitality is a major plus.
- Coordination Skills: Proven experience in overseeing third-party vendors or outsourced payroll providers.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and statutory benefit requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: High level of integrity, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.
