Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Energy Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or engineering (preferably in the energy sector).
  • Strong background in energy systems and solutions.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Can work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our energy solutions.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, calls, and industry events.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering and project management) for project implementation.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
