JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Assists in the preparation of proposals, technical documents and other sales materials
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and provide timely and accurate information
- Conduct technical assessments and evaluations of customer environment to identify opportunities for our products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings in the market
- Support the sales team during the negotiation and closing phases of the sales cycle, providing technical expertise as needed
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and engage with potential customers
- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and requirements, helping to drive product improvements and enhancement
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Has experience in creating a bill of materials (BOM)
- Has programming knowledge
- Knowledge in CAD (2D/3D)
- Has knowledge in Infrastructure and Auxillary
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must be a graduate of B.S Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Good communication and presentation skills
- With strong analytical and technical knowledge
- Fresh graduates are open to apply
