JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Assists in the preparation of proposals, technical documents and other sales materials
  • Respond to technical inquiries from customers and provide timely and accurate information
  • Conduct technical assessments and evaluations of customer environment to identify opportunities for our products and services
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings in the market
  • Support the sales team during the negotiation and closing phases of the sales cycle, providing technical expertise as needed
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and engage with potential customers
  • Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and requirements, helping to drive product improvements and enhancement
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Has experience in creating a bill of materials (BOM)
  • Has programming knowledge
  • Knowledge in CAD (2D/3D)
  • Has knowledge in Infrastructure and Auxillary

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of B.S Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • With strong analytical and technical knowledge
  • Fresh graduates are open to apply
