Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Business Administration, Law or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English and Filipino
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have knowledge, with at least five (5) years of work experience, in a) contract management and/or b) business development or marketing (i.e. feasibility, bidding, etc.) of government infrastructure projects or similar projects (i.e. the likes of PPP or BOT, etc.)
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, etc.)
  • Can work with minimum supervision and willing to work beyond regular working hours, if necessary.
  • With experience as site engineer and QS Engineer.

Job Description:

  • Contract agreement work may entail support and assistance to project sites.
  • Safekeep contract documents and ensure compliance with tender or bid and contract
  • Coordinate with client and/or project site officer, as required, for the execution of the project in accordance with contract
  • Business development or Marketing work may entail preparation of documents for Pre-qualification, tender or bidding of government Infrastructure projects (especially under ODA)
  • Regular meeting with supervisor for monitoring, discussion and update of activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php32,000.00 per month
