QS Planner

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, especially for Housing Development Projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project (a must)
• Experience with project management software such as AutoCAD is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Review bid documents and specifications to prepare precise cost estimates for housing development projects.
• Work closely with the Procurement Engineer and Purchasing Team to ensure estimates reflect accurate and up-to-date market prices.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from bid drawings, ensuring every item is accounted for in the cost estimates.
• Prepare and submit bid queries to clients, ensuring all project details, uncertainties, and missing information are addressed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with estimators from various fields (architectural, structural, MEPF, plumbing, etc.) to ensure the entire project scope is covered in the cost estimates.
• After bid submission, sign an Accountability Form to confirm the accuracy and completeness of your estimates and work.

Pay: Php35, Php38,000.00 per month
