Technical Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project milestones, including day 1 and completion of permits processing, as-built plans, specialty trades and testing certificates, and other post-con documents.
  • Monitor weekly project updates from Project Managers, Designers, and Project Engineers.
  • Request for PS Release for IFC-approved Projects.
  • Receive, transmit, and monitor incoming and outgoing project documents, including permits, request for information or approval and site instructions.
  • Photocopy and scan project documents as needed.
  • Prepare, process, and monitor purchase requisition, and other goods movement transactions for projects.
  • Submit and process warranties.
  • Consolidate post-con documents (Yum Report requirements – R1, R2, & R3) in coordination with other departments.
  • Update store profiling sheets.
  • Handle and monitor plotting and blue printing, up to folding of blueprint plans.
  • Prepare construction duration report.
  • Post petty cash expense to project cost monitoring.
  • Prepare and monitor cash advances for projects.
  • Prepare project cost summary and consolidate justification for those that exceed budget.
  • Prepare requests for payment for projects.

Requirements:

  • With a Bachelor's degree in any Business course or Information Technology.
  • With at least 6 months of experience in any industry that uses SAP as their system.
  • Well-versed in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City and report full time on-site.
