JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing the entire production operation, ensuring an efficient, productive, and quality-driven manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managerial Tasks
- Manage overall production operations to ensure smooth and continuous workflow across all production lines.
- Monitor and control sectional expenses within the allocated budget.
- Perform official tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
- Establish and monitor Sectional Management Policies aligned with approved Departmental and Company Policies.
- Ensure all outputs meet required quality standards.
- Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues, including timely decision-making.
- Coordinate effectively with concerned sections and departments.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of production personnel.
- Enforce the STOP, CALL & WAIT procedure when quality issues or potential customer non-conformities arise; ensure affected batches are contained and withheld from shipment.
- Apply the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle to achieve goals based on the Sectional Management Policy.
Subordinate Management
- Assist in resolving complex operational issues.
- Identify training needs and support employees' career development.
- Allocate manpower effectively based on operational needs.
- Enforce health and safety regulations among subordinates.
- Guide employees in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Set employee goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Implement employee discipline as required.
Communication
- Provide accurate and timely information to the team or section.
- Schedule and conduct section and cross-functional meetings as necessary.
- Communicate effectively within the organization.
- Demonstrate professionalism and uphold business ethics at all times.
- Attend company meetings, seminars, and required training sessions.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education and Experience
- Graduate of any Engineering course; Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- At least five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational leadership, listening, and speaking skills.
- Competent in planning, organizing, decision-making, flexibility, and self-initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Knowledgeable in basic computer applications.
