DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Update summary of Customer Specific Requirements
Assist in the facilitation of customer audits, third party audits and Integrated Management System Activities
Monitor, gather and consolidate compliance reports and evidences related to internal and supplier audits.
Check proper and timely execution of process change control application
Ensure proper filing of process changes of each section
Monitor and verify implementation of each section's quality, environmental and continuous improvement activities
Provide support in failure analysis and investigation related to internal defects and customer complaints.
Assist in checking and verifying inspection, measuring and test equipment during calibration and inventory
Participate on quality planning activities
Contribute for the improvement of the company's integrated management system.
Ensure that all confidential information and documents are strictly maintained.

Communication

Communicate effectively with all concerned sections, co-workers and to immediate superior through reporting, information and consultation.
Practice and maintain high level of professionalism and business ethics.
Attend to cross-functional meetings and other coordination as necessary.
