Job Summary
The Corporate Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met. The role defines project scope, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages risks and dependencies, and supports performance improvement through effective project management frameworks and agile practices.
Job Description
• Lead three cross-functional product teams (developers + QA testers) through one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard engineering talent to support organizational growth.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture focused on delivery excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end software development across multiple concurrent products.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases and technical updates.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint ceremonies and agile coaching.
• Track sprint metrics and KPIs to identify and remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Plan and coordinate software releases, including beta testing and documentation.
• Lead QA strategy to ensure comprehensive test coverage and defect tracking.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and cloud/on-premise infrastructure.
• Partner with the VP of Product & Engineering to align on strategy and communicate transparently with all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Experience using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with QA frameworks, automation tools, and monitoring systems.
• Has background in programming languages and modern technology stacks.
• Lead, mentor, and retain engineering talent.
• Project management and delivery planning skills.
• Track record of building high-performing, collaborative teams.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrates high accountability mindset focused on results and execution.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
Screening Criteria
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in software engineering experience with hands-on development.
• With at least three (3) years of engineering leadership or management experience.
• Must have stable employment history.
Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is an advantage.
• Track record of improving team delivery velocity and product quality.
• Passion for fostering continuous learning and innovation within teams.
