About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Strategist with leadership skills to take charge of our marketing initiatives and guide a team of three. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — from campaign planning to content creation — to strengthen our brand presence and drive engagement.

This is a remote position, but will require regular reporting and active coordination with the CEO and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring all projects align with company goals.
• Create and manage a detailed content calendar, including planning, writing, and scheduling content for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, and social media.
• Write and edit engaging copy that maintains a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and audience behavior, using these insights to produce original, high-quality content.
• Optimize all content for SEO and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Report regularly on campaign data, metrics, and results to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified message across all channels.
• Stay current on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

We're looking for a professional who is both a skilled planner and a dedicated doer.

• Proven experience in both digital marketing strategy and hands-on execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a small team.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong eye for detail and originality.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CMS tools (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress).
• Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to take charge of initiatives.
• Experience in compiling and presenting data and reports to effectively communicate marketing performance.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
