Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Service Delivery Specialist - BBudget Operations Process LeadMAIN JOB PURPOSE:Support Retsol and Channels programs, via end-to-end operations of Purchase Order processing and IO Budget Management from creation, usage and monitoring. JOB SUMMARY:In charge of operationalizing all budget related activities of Channels (DT, OG, COTF) and Retail Solutions Team.

Efficiently manages creation of Purchase Orders for Channels and Retsol activities for on-time execution. Raises IOs and monitors usage and billings to ensure no overspends.

Manages any amendments and raising from CAF to PMF to end-user monitoring files for Channels, Retsol or other stakeholders. Collaborate with different stakeholders, Field and Customer teams, internal Channel Managers, different category teams to land programs brilliantly and spot opportunities, create actions that would deliver growth and profitability. Assist with governing and updating an up-to-date budget dashboard.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:Graduate of a Business or related degree. Budget experience of at least 6 years. Preferably has 6 months to 1-year relevant experience in FMCG.Preferably with experience in financial tracking or management.

Preferably with experience in FMCG industry. Must possess the following traits:Excellent oral and written communication skills. Above average to excellent Excel skills (Power BI and other database management skills are a plus).

Good analytical skills. Can work well under tight deadlines. Organized - able to create monitoring files/dashboards.
