Senior Media Ads Buyer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Media Ads Buyer to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital strategist with 5+ years of agency experience, a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, and a proven ability to maximize ROI through creative testing, audience insights, and analytical rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan, launch, and manage high-performance paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads — focused on lead generation, e-commerce growth, or brand awareness.
- Testing & Optimization:
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies; define hypotheses, track results, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Performance Analysis:
Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily and weekly — adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creative assets to achieve or exceed client KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- Reporting & Insights:
Develop detailed reports and dashboards highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations; present findings to clients and internal teams.
- Budget Management:
Oversee large-scale media budgets, ensuring efficient pacing and accurate forecasting while driving measurable results within spend limits.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, analytics, and account management teams to align campaign strategies, provide feedback on creatives, and recommend landing page or funnel improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of proven experience in paid media buying or performance marketing in an agency or high-growth environment.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager (including Conversion API), TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Deep knowledge of campaign setup, optimisation, and data-driven scaling.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills — able to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Proven track record in designing and executing A/B testing frameworks.
- Experience managing significant monthly budgets and delivering measurable ROI improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, attribution models, privacy changes (iOS14+, GA4), and emerging ad technologies.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with marketing automation tools, data visualization, or attribution modeling.
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks, CRO principles, or pixel/server-side tracking setups.
- Leadership or team management experience within a digital agency.
