What You'll Do:

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, storage, and outbound functions
  • Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through stock monitoring, reconciliation, and cycle counts
  • Ensure efficient dispatch and receiving procedures that support on-time deliveries
  • Implement warehouse best practices, including 5S and safety protocols
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners and internal teams for seamless movement of goods

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any business-related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution
  • Proven experience in inventory management, space planning, and warehouse control systems
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong team coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with WMS systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic logistics tools
  • Willing to be assigned in our key warehouse hub
