Job Description: 

  • Assists supervisor on monitoring all ingoing and outgoing products on a daily basis by manually encoding on the template provided.
  • Keeping a detailed record of inventory and making sure that all variances should be check.
  • Printing of picklist, sales invoice, loadings, delivery receipt and any other documents needed in the warehouse sent via email.
  • Proper filing of all warehouse documents on its specific folder/envelope and sorting it per agent name, month & year.
  • Assists supervisor on double checking layout products for delivery, and in receiving deliveries from suppliers.
  • Assists supervisor on the items or products needed to be purchase on suppliers.
  • Report all out of stocks items and near expiration to avoid loss sales.
  • Checking of return merchandise receipt, bad orders (b.o), pull out products and making sure it was properly placed on the designated area of storage.
  • Encoding of weekly delivery incident report and its corresponding charges.
  • Assists supervisor on physical count of warehouse inventory may it be daily, monthly or annually.

Qualifications: 

  • College Graduate
  • Knowledge on the process of warehousing
  • Assisting warehouse supervisor on all transaction and documents needed in the warehouse
  • With at least one (1) year of experience on the same field
  • Above average proficiency in oral and written communications; using MS Word, Excel, and Power Point; organized and able to interact with various types of employees in the organization.
