- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills – attentive, polite, and service-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service hours.
- Knowledge of basic food & beverage service standards.
- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper presentation.
- Check on guests during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and order in service sections.
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth and timely service.
