Are you a passionate and experienced barista looking to take the next step in your career? Awesome Hotel Inc. is seeking a Barista Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team in San Juan La Union. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel's coffee shop, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of beverage preparation.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and train a team of baristas, fostering a positive and productive work environment
2. Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize the coffee shop's operations
3. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all coffee, tea, and specialty beverage orders
4. Maintain strict quality control measures to uphold the hotel's brand standards
5. Collaborate with the food and beverage management team to develop new menu items and promotional campaigns
6. Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
7. Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
8. Actively participate in staff training and development initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or cafe environment
2. Excellent barista skills, with a deep understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and mentoring staff
4. Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
5. Proficiency in cash handling and inventory management
6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
