Synopsis of Role

The Education Sales Specialist plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling Enderun Extension's educational programs. This role blends consultative sales expertise with a passion for helping individuals and organizations access transformative learning opportunities. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing—while building long-term client relationships and providing excellent after-sales support.

Essential Functions:

Sales Opportunity Development

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and classify them into qualified prospects.
  • Proactively reach out to new and existing customers via phone, email, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent lead generation efforts.

Client Engagement and Consultative Selling

  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that highlight the unique value of Enderun Extension's programs.
  • Understand client goals, pain points, and training needs to customize solutions effectively.
  • Guide prospective students and corporate clients through the decision-making process with a consultative, value-driven approach.

Closing Deals

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure win-win agreements.
  • Overcome objections and move prospects efficiently through the sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with both individual learners and corporate clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate client records and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

After-Sales Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and program delivery.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive post-purchase experience.
  • Gather feedback to inform continuous improvement of offerings and client support processes.

Market Intelligence and Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Report market data and insights to management to help refine sales strategies and program offerings.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Negotiation are an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in [your industry, e.g., education, hospitality, real estate, or healthcare].
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in client acquisition, account management, and customer relationship building.
